Mr. Bazaz has extensive experience handling matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. Mr. Bazaz is licensed to practice before all state courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Bazaz has also been authorized to practice law in Florida, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia as a visiting attorney.

Prior to founding the Law Offices of John C. Bazaz, PLC, Mr. Bazaz worked for other reputable litigation law firms and was a member of the legal defense team for Lee Boyd Malvo (DC Sniper Case) in 2003. Mr. Bazaz received his Juris Doctor degree from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in 2005 and his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 2001 (Let’s Go! Hokies!).
Currently, Mr. Bazaz resides in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife, three children, and Bluetick Coonhound - Luna. He is also a proud flag football coach.
